The Million Journey is my personal challenge to reach $1,000,000 in total revenue through various income streams including SaaS products, online courses, consulting, books, and content creation. Each square in the grid above represents $1,000 earned towards this goal.
I was heavily inspired by Florin Pop's Million Dollar Challenge. Seeing his transparent approach to tracking revenue through a visual grid and sharing the journey publicly showed me the power of accountability and community support. His innovative way of visualizing progress made entrepreneurship feel more tangible and achievable.
I started tracking this journey in October 2025 with the goal of reaching $1,000,000 by the end of September 2032. Exactly for my 50th birthday.
I track all revenue streams meticulously, including SaaS monthly recurring revenue, course sales, consulting fees, book royalties, and speaking engagements. Each $1,000 earned fills one square in the grid. All numbers are gross revenue before taxes and expenses.
The journey includes revenue from: SaaS products and tools, Online courses (Udemy, LinkedIn Learning and custom platforms), Fractional CTO consulting, Books and eBooks, Mentoring and coaching, Content creation and sponsorships, Speaking engagements, and other entrepreneurial ventures.
Transparency creates accountability and inspiration. By sharing my progress, challenges, and lessons learned, I hope to motivate other entrepreneurs and provide real insights into building multiple income streams. Plus, the community support keeps me motivated!
